Holly Graham

Holly is Chief Business Officer at Little Dot Studios, an award-winning (and ‘Great Place to Work’ certified) digital content agency and media network specialising in bringing premium content to digital audiences. Holly has worked at Little Dot from start up through to scale up, joining in 2013 as the 4th employee and being a key part of its growth to over 500 staff and resulting in her being named as one of Management Today’s 35 Under 35 in 2021. In 2018, she set up and led Little Dot's US operations, working to build the business and team in Los Angeles (now over 100 employees and growing) before returning to London to lead the Agency business, covering partnerships across Entertainment, Sport and Consumer Brands. She is also a new mum, and working to achieve meaningful work-life balance for Little Dot's employees - and herself!
